LCC's Dru Anthrop makes Byrd look stupid every game LCC plays against them, Anthrop averages 24ppg 6.8 assists and close to 6 rebounds a game. Hes undersized but made Byrd, Barlow, and the kid from Franklin Central look stupid!

Well, DJ Byrd doesn't "suck." Seeing how he's on the top AAU team in the country.. And attended NBA camps last summer, I've witnessed him play local and AAU.. He's even more impress in big level games.. Let alone domination at his high school area.. He def. has talent, or he wouldn't be recruited.. Purdue wouldn't go after him if they didn't want to use him on the team..
DJ Byrd is struggling to get to double figures right now against decent teams...he reminds me alot of a kid from indian creek about four or five years ago, jr angle, who ended up at Iowa, angle was top 5 for mr. basketball in 2004, was averaging a double double, but low and behold when he got to iowa, he went nowhere...and then there was luke zeller, and we all know what happened to him...
Yes...struggled to the tune pf 25ppg...what a schmuck! Nice comparisons....but you're forgetting one key ingredient...athleticism. Byrd has more in his pinkie than JR Angle does in his whole body.
