This is different, & I like it. I've always been attracted to songs & videos made before I was born. I particularly like some of the old Al Jolson stuff. A ❺★★★★★ video. They call it the Roaring Twenties for a reason, some of which you mention in the more info area........John

Perhaps you haven't heard a lot of music from this era. Some of it is quite good and will endure long after this contemporary 'stuff'' is forgotten.
As for your grandmother, it seems the lady had 'moxie', a desirable trait to be sure.
