For years I didn't know this was Tom Baker's intro theme as well. I knew it was for Peter Davison and Colin Baker, but I was used to the 1969-1979 Intro and Ending themes. THANKS! :)

@jamesknight626 Yep - was used for Tom's final season 1980-81 - was introducted when John Nathan-Turner took over as Producer.
