These countries need PEACEKEEPERS, engineers, humanitarians. Not SOLDIERS. The military needs to re-examine its training methods and its values if it insists on trying to "save" other countries it knows nothing about. Less emphasis on KILLING PEOPLE and more emphasis on REBUILDING. Of course there is a role for a security force in that situation, but only as support. Trained killers should not be spearheading a humanitarian operation.
