@Catherine47mp Try looking at this post support.skype.com/en/faq/FA110­19/How-do-I-make-video-calls-w­ith-Skype-for-Android#6. Unfortunately, if you cannot see the video calling settings, it means your Android phone does not meet the minimum requirements needed to make Skype video calls.
