@Konoton01 Daigo (The guy playing Ken) had absolutely no health left at that point, and Justin (Chun-Li) used a super, which is like a built in combo attack. The vast, vast majority of people would have lost right there, but Daigo did a perfect block of every single hit in Justin's combo, then he countered it with his own super and won the match.
@Konoton01 If he simply blocked, he would have taken a tiny bit of damage from each hit, but a "parry" nullifies all damage. He would have had to hit the forward button at the exact moment of each individual hit to parry them all. As people in the comments have said, that moment is legendary in fighting game history.

Actually in this game. Taunts give the characters a boost in the match. Q for example raises his stamina each time he taunts, up to 3 times. I forget what happens with Ken.
