Watch the ending of the movie, he says, "So, beast gets girl and it's a happy ending for everyone. Enchantment lifted, and Forte fades into the background. No longer needed, no longer important. I THINK NOT!" Then he destroys the castle, or tries to. Its pretty awesome :)
