I'm slightly disappointed in this video, and yes I realize this is your opinion. But all the Horror movies you put in are new except for maybe Nightmare on Elm street and Jason. I think it would've been best to include movies like The Shining, Carrie, The Fly, and Black Christmas. If you haven't seen those horror movies, I recommend you see them. They are really good.

Movies may be more high-tech than most of the movies I mentioned. Just all the new horror movies I've seen are complete failures compared to a lot of the older horror movies. @digitalplayer3 I can tell you one thing....Old horror movies are the scariest. Another thing is Carrie is just a really good movie. I saw it first when I was 9 years old it scared me at that age. However, it really depends on what kind of horror movies you like. Horror is just a generalization that includes psychological, blood and gore, etc. and those can still be horror movies. I still recommend you see Carrie because I liked it a lot. I can't tell you if it's scary or not though. It depends.

A movies doesn't have to be scary to be a horror movie. I also rate on how good the movie was(acting, effects, etc) and how well it followed the book(if there was one) The Shining and Carrie were from books and they followed them well. Btw, 21st century horror films have been crap in my opinion so far.
