I have noticed that some use open trailers, and some use enclosed. What are the benefits of both? I know some customers might be inpressed by seeing the big hot box on top, while others would prefer the added security and protection from the weather. Is it a matter of cost or convieniece of being able to reach everything? I am in michigan, salt, snow, rain, etc.. Would you still recommend open?
