  • In the past I'd say 5 years or so, they've been surprisingly good with stopping the climber at 25. Back in the 80's and 90's, he'd always accidentally fall off when he should have stayed at 25, resulting in a technical difficulty win.

  • I seem to remember seeing a clip like that where they moved him too far by mistake and he fell off the mountain. I know the movement is controlled from behind the board, but I'm not sure if the operator can see the front and tell easily how far Yodely Guy is being moved.
