Firstly the video is just a video recorded focusing on a picture. Secondly, about the bogus deals, people really need to get their fact's right and then speak.
One of the court cases filed against the company at Bangalore mentions of an encroachment on to a public road north of S.N.5 stretching almost 1000 feet in length.
With the locals aware of that, would it be easy for Unitech or any builder for that fact to be able to complete the project smoothly and on time without interference.
I had seen in one of the links with regard to the Unitech Ltd land issue, the deliberate misuse of a High Court Order in this operation. Can someone elaborate how the Chairman of Unitech tricked the cops by its use.
Unitech Ltd, in its series of land grabbing attempts in order to fulfill the inflated area of lands manipulated in its two bogus sale deeds, one day wrote a letter to the Whitefield police seeking protection as they wished to fence property under Survey No.6B (nonexistent in the area), and which they claimed was theirs. To make this appear more authentic and forceful, a High Court Order was attached, contents of which were totally irrelevant/unrelated to the above property.
What ensued was mass destruction by Unitech's henchmen in the presence of the police who stormed into adjoining farmlands to Survey No.5, displacing defenseless farmers from their lands, destroying crops, smashing down surveyed borders, stonewalls and fencings put up by them that had remained standing for decades undisputed. The farmers and their supporters' frantic calls to the Police Control Room begging for help were turned down by the operators quoting Unitech's valid High Court Order.
What was the Director General of Police in Bangalore doing when this big scandal was taking place, that too during the disgraceful acts of wrongfully driving out helpless farmers from adjoining ancestral lands abruptly ending their only means of livelihood to meet Unitech's selfish needs. Most probably, he must have been negotiating his retirement and housing benefit schemes with the worthless buggers at Unitech. So much for the Chief of Law and Order in Bangalore. Disgraceful!
Why is everyone hounding Unitech Ltd. An operation of this magnitude which even included going to the extreme limits of displacing helpless innocent agriculturists from adjoining lands which they have cultivated for the past 25 years must have required top level assistance to execute.
The question is, at what level from the Police Department at Bangalore were orders originating from, more intriguing, who was actually helping whom in this high handed operation.

These are overt signs of a company in severe financial distress on the verge of disintegration and collapse.
