If you REALLY want the Full nutrional value of Hemp,I recommend you eat raw Hempseeds with the shell still on as inner linning inside the shell is of value!

Its a mix between red bull and a flat aftertaste like weed. Its gives a great buzz and kept me awake for my lan!
