  • post part 2' and after raising the cage almost 3". he added a X braes behind the driver. Audie's cars build with crumpling zones to soften the shock that the drivers would feel if he didn't. we runs Swartz for the past 10 years. And we stand be hind Audie Swartz ! and this past week I watched Jackie run at Southern Ohio Speedway. and win lead all laps in both his heat race and the feature. by 10 car length's. if Jackie didn't believe he was in the safest car he wound't be driving today.

  • Yes buy a Swartz Race Car they Thee safest late models on the track. Audie Swartz stands behind all of his cars. and soon as something comes up and challenges his designs he does Changes that no one will do cause of cost and weight of car. but his bottom line is TOTAL DRIVER SAFTY!! Jackie took thee hardest hit on the top left side halo that Audie had ever seen. the next year his designs featured a double post .095 Chromemoly tube on of 4 corners. raised the height of the cage by almost 3".

  • and thats why you don't buy a swartz chassis

  • @slot962 you dont know anything about how these cars are built nor the structure of roll bar pipe so dont talk like you do. this is the same pipe that nascar uses and if it wasnt safe i wouldnt be here today but because of the structure of the cages the craftsman truck that i hit the wall with absorb the impact like its suppose and im not talking about a little bounce off a wall either im talking about wide open throttle 90 degree impact at 100mph so dont talk about stuff you dont know about

  • I love when people say it's not safe ok go roll your import see If you survive I bet not these are safer then any thing probably the safest sport in my opinion I'm racing a late model next season I'm moving up from a go kart whoop whoop big times here I come

  • just broke his neck and back i think

  • he was ok ..i know him he runs a swartz chassis

  • shit that wasent that bad ive seen way worse then that here in mn accualy a good friend of mine roled his car 8 times nothing left to the car but the the roof was bent like this but the rest was sound there ment to do that they dont cave down they cave to the side well chassis here in mn are built that way anyways.

  • that late model chassis was shit. it shouldn't have collapsed that bad. what chassis does boggs run???

  • thiskinda of racing is a joke? i race one of these my self . so that comment is completly unessisary. if any one knows who Dale Earnhardt is or unfortionataly was rip dale his start dirt racing and gordon dirt racing shoot david rutimann raced at the same track i do ken schrader raced these awsome bill from dawsonville or bill elliete was a proud late model racer so i really dont want to here that shit on here this is no joke this is just real racing and there is danger in any form of racing

  • @outlaw429j i agree this is the best type of racing, and for every one that said the cars arent safe, you wrong, the roll cage isnt even bent that bad, the bent up sheet metal makes it look far worse then it actaully is.

  • @zvan24 He broke the halo and broke his back. Are you that stupid ?

  • thats bad

  • You guys obviously know nothing about Dirt Late Models.......some of the safest cars out there. People just can't come to terms with the fact that no matter what you do that stuff is gonna bend and break, but it absorbs the energy instead of you. Dale Earnhardt died because them stupid NASCAR guys build there cars so rigid that the only thing that can absorb the energy of a head on impact like his is your body. SOMETHING HAS TO GIVE!!!! Better the car than you.

  • @jmurray72 i agree late models are the safest because they bend up like that even though there fragile at least when you do wreck you dont get hurt bad not saying that you cant get hurt though

  • @dirtlates35 There not safe at ALL.

  • @slot962 they're safer than a car

  • @slot962 Not safe?

Do you have a certified 5 point harness that has to be changed every 2 years in your car? Do you have a fuel safe fuel cell? Do you wear wear a certified saftey full face helmet everywhere you drive, while wearing Nomex fire suit and glove? I think not.

Go roll your car at those speeds and tell me how you feel afterwards.

  • @yoitsjoesmoe Do you know how thin they build the tubing in those ? Obviously you don't. I know a little bit about racing buddy.

  • @slot962 Obviously you dont if you say street cars are more safe than race cars.

Like I said, go roll your car at those speeds and let us know how things turn out.

  • Haha not safe... jokers. I race a swartz the are built. shit bends and brakes when you send 2300 pounds for a ride. though he didnt roll many times it was violent. lets see a little rice racer car flip and see how it looks. jokers...

  • what type of racing do you guys do?

  • @ADRtobi

I fully agree! Yet another reason this kind of racing is a joke.

  • not very safe cars!!

the roll bar broke just because of a "small" flip!!! °.°

  • @ADRtobi if these cars weren't safe he wouldn't still be alive
