Changing black or purple elastomer is really hard at best.... For me it was just impossible to do it. All the trick and various tools I used didn't help at all. I ended up cutting 2mm of elastometer to be able to instal it. Purple elastometer compress so little under 250lbs,that it's really pointless to use it. REALLY BAD DESIGN...
