I know. But I beaten the game five time prior to this recording. And I have ran through this chapter without taking damage. So I really didn't need them at this point. I did pick them up later to sell them. I don't like smalls. Mediums and lagers are the way to go.

it only happens when they jump at you and decap him in air. Normal mode and easier only. I tried on impossible... No dice.
