2 things: 1, he admitted it was fake and that it was a video. 2, you CAN use VNC to simulate mac os x on the ipod touch. jaadu is the best xD

VNC-check it out in the appstore you can youse ur comp on your ipod by like 10 feet the screen just tranfers------kinda like the PS3-PSP remote play feature
