Definitely fake plates. You can tell by the way they move and wobble that they don't have the mass of 45's. They also sound fake when they "clank" together. This video video is fucking lame.
@sbowesuk screw you. I take pride in real strength as you can see in my other videos. Those are ivanko plates, and a common staple in a lot of gyms. Do a google search for ivanko 45 lbs plate was and you will see. I never said the guy was natural, but the feat of strength is real. I don't really care how it sounds to you. It was on a cheap flip phone and ul'd to youtube, fuck off.
@sbowesuk what the hell is your problem? why would i post a roided lifter doing faked strength feats?? look at my videos before you call them a sham! i am a drug free strength competitor myself, and if you are not just purely trolling for a rise, then re-examine your accusations. i compete in powerlifting, gripsport, and train olympic and strongman. sean is a BB from a gym i work at. he front squats 505x3 ATG, he shoulder presses 150 lbs DBs, and sure as shit dips with 5 45 lbs plates!
@dfdfan110 Actually I didn't say anything about roids, but now that you bring it up, you've peaked my suspicions on that issue too. Hmm this is looking worse by the minute.
@sbowesuk HE IS! That is my POINT! He is a bodybuilder from my area. Why would I, the non drugged strength competitor, post him doing this, when it was FAKE??
@Gooberhead1956 go fuck yourself. Look at my videos and tell me I don't take pride in real feats of strength! I have many powerlifting videos, grip strength videos- you are talking out your fucking ass.
@Gooberhead1956 you are literally retarded, those ARE 45's, if he were gonna go through all the trouble to make a fake vid, he would do dips with like 350 or 400 to make it awesome
@PoleVaultGloving regardless of the vid being fake or not dont u think it would be MUCH MUCH more retarded to pretend its 400 lol i mean seriously. liers know how to lie so obvoiusly he wouldnt put 400 pound if he was lying. 230 sounds much more reliable
@MrBuilt100 are you just messing around? they're legit ivanko 45 lbs plates. i don't know if you're just making the joke since they are crap plates (which they are!) or that they are fake light foam/rubber plates. if that's the case, you couldn't be anymore wrong. i'm not pawning this off as a feat of natural strength, but regardless, it's real, and yes, it's STILL amazing. sean was 20 at the time.
@MrBuilt100 rewatch it with the volume up and hear the clunk of the plates as their sliding into each other. also look at the forward lean of his body, yet the wait makes his torso stay pretty damn perpendicular to the ground. also, look at the rest of my lifting videos and take note of the fact that i have numerous vids of REAL weight. check out the 500 lbs/100 lbs chains (600@ top) deadlift vid, the one arm anvil lift- tell me i don't take pride in TRUE strength as opposed to fake plated BS.
Big weight...weak ass looking tri's.

Why is it sooo hard to believe this? I've only started to lift and I'm doing 3 plates 10 times.

@dfdfan110 They may resemble Ivanko plates, but they're still clearly fake for all the reasons I mentioned before.
