  • I just got Halo Project onmy 2000 grand cherokee and it looks sick, anybody who is thinking about it make sure u get the conversion kit 100000k bulbs

  • yea this video kinda sucks, i would show exactly where i am hooking them up to, im gonna have to make on here soon

  • i got the LED lights working, what wires do you hook the halos to???

  • The halos work gud on the switch though

  • Those headlights look sick I got halos on my cavalier but don't got the leds on the side working having a hard time tryna connect them to the switch with the halos

  • how much and where can i buy those headlights?

  • just got the same pair of head lights yesterday, and couldnt figure out how to bridge the halos and leds to make them light up. what did you wire the leds and halo wires too??

  • What did you do with the factory light bulbs. Do you hide them or cut them or you also use them with the halo lights.

  • I think it would look better with the grill matching, or same color, as the rest of the Jeep. Go to a paint store and they can match it using your VIN and mix it into a spray can.

  • @viggoM35 i agree cause i got a black 2000 grand cherokee and just got a black grill to match car and it looks sick

  • @kylesport1238 post it on youtube i wunna see!

  • Kinda clumbsy isn't he.lol

  • I installed these on my ford ranger and had the same fitting problem. Jostled a few wires and they were good to go!

  • The original headlights look classier much better, now your car looks Mexican

  • @josephfoster30 Gracia`s senor!

  • @josephfoster30 Now your Jeep is bilingual. L☺L

  • nice video. Are you sure there is only one bolt for each headlight and it comes off? Nothing else to pop the lights off anywhere else?

Also, was it easy to change the front grill yourself? Could you show where the bolts are for those? Thanks dude.

  • Nice Dad's Z06 haha

  • Awesome Set Up But The LED Halos Are Weak.

Gotta Go With The CCFL My Man.

Still Looked Cool As Shit. Would Look Even Better With Some HIDs.

    Keep It up.

  • Great video man. wish they made these for my xj but its completely different with the headlight setup

  • which wires did you connect to get your halos to work? im trying to do it myself but dont know how

  • a lighter works to heat seal

  • how well do the aftermarket headlights work for you right now? do they fog up? are the halos still working? im wondering all this because im thinking about buying after market headlights with halos for my IS300

  • can someone explain to me the wiring for the LED part? i understand everything expect how to wire the LED lights (the ones alone the side...3 next to turn signal) Thanks guys

  • nice ride looks exactly like mine with the black projector lights. also have tinted led taillights to match. the look of grand cherokees this model is by far the best. btw if you add hids a vid would be appreciated!

  • Hi, I ordered something similar to this on eBay for a 5th gen Maxima. Are those sort of headlights street legal?

  • Hey what type of low beam bulb does the projector headlight take? I'm looking to install an HID kit but when I took the dead bulb to Autozone and CarQuest neither place could identify the bulb type? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • @WJOffroadBeast 9006 low beam 9005 high beam

  • anyway you could call mei need to ask you a question on where tohook the wires up if i have quick connects? could yu pease help me? 5705615151

  • hey nice lights i have the exsact headlights and fogs. my problem is my halos on my fogs went out and i seem to have lost the wires and the little bulb that light up the halo is there anuthing u recomend todo? cuz i really miss my halos on my fog lighs it matches with my headlight halos and it isnt the same. well hope u can help thanks

  • aren't Load ohm Relays also Needed when you install extra Lights mainly LED'S or some sort of Resistor or transformer ? I know when I added just two 24 mini LED Turn Signals my outside turn signals stopped working LED Lights seem to Require a Load Reducer of some sort wish someone would make a video explaining and showing what you need

  • do some head light kits already come with the bulbs?

  • i dont understand what do u mean " i already pre wired " thats what i wanted to learn from the video

  • is a eclipse like this ? a 1995 do thy pop rght off ? let me kno please thnks

  • i just orderd som for my blazer do i connect the 2red wires and 2black to my side markers below?

  • Nice Mod on your Jeep! I have a 02 WJ too. I want to install a similar halo headlights like yours. Can you tell me who the seller is on ebay you got your from? I want the white halo light instead of the blueish color too.

Also, with these aftermarket headlights. Can you still adjust the light beam (i.e. so its not too high or too low)?

  • @Luckyu2c i dont remeber the sellers name, but yes you can still adjust the beam,

  • I'm wanting to buy some halo headlights for my WJ but I'm not sure if I should get the black ones or the chrome. My jeep is silver so I'm not sure which would look better. What do you suggest?

  • @zpcrowson4212 If you have tinted your tail lights, black, if not, chrome

  • @E5Ridez Thanks! Also, I haven't purchased them yet because the pair I have been looking at (same pair as yours) say that they aren't compatible with Laredo's. I drive a Laredo so do you know of any difference why they wouldn't work?

  • I'm glade you Canadians enjoy Detroit steel.... thanks

  • when you bought the headlights off of ebay did the ballast come with the lights or did you have to buy them separate, sweet jeep by the way

  • 5:15 LMFAO!!!

  • @xsKiLLzoNE wasn't thaaaaaaaaat funny, at least it didnt fall over :P

  • My hat of for you sir! Great video! Is that a Z06 in the background?

  • @J1I9M7M4Y yes it is, and thanks, im glad you enjoyed it

  • i was wondering, what are all of the requirements to install some halo lights?

do u need HID lights, or other things to install the Halo Lights?

  • @huertasalvador you can install the halo light assembly with or without an HID kit, the HID is jsut a bulb more or less, the halos and LEDs on the housing are wired in to the vehicles harness fro the head lights, regardless of what type of bulb that harness is running too

  • So now with the projectors, HIDs won't be so blinding to other drivers as opposed to just stock halogen housings right?

  • @googleguy08 thats correct, projectors are aimed down at the road, where as the factory housings just scatter light all over the place

  • @E5Ridez

Thanks for the reply. Another question for you, Will the longer HID bulbs fit in the after market projector housings, because I've read online that people have had problems with fitting them, and in some cases they can melt the projector. What is your take?

  • I was wondering, I noticed that you have round Fog lights. I have a 2000 Limited and like the round alot better than the factory. Where did u get yours? or are they factory on that truck? Nice video though. very helpful

  • @jttlr101 i got them off ebay along with the headlights, the overland model also came with the rectangle/oval fog lights, changing them requires the removal of the entire front fascia if you dont have a lift available to you, takes no more then 20 minutes to remove the whole front end of the truck, i have videos on how to do it yourself on my channel, if you have a lift, you can remove the wheel well liners and remove the fog lights that way from behind

  • nice job. I'm in the process of doing this mod, and I'm having trouble deciding which wires i need to be using. any way you could send me a pic or do another video show the wires that are used with the led in more detail?

  • So I have a really stupid question. I wanna do this to mine but how exactly do I wire everything correctly? I'm pretty sure this could be pretty easy to screw up.

  • @akeysandjg its pretty hard to screw up actually, if you have a decent comprehension of electrical wires like, red positive, black negative, then its fairly fool proof, just splice the positive and negative wires for the halos and leds into your factory headlight wiring harness and thats quite literally that

  • @E5Ridez Oh, sweet! I'm not that much of an idiot. I'm sure I can figure that out. haha.

  • why didnt u use a lighter to heat shrink?

  • when you turn the lights on are they always blue tint, it seems like everyone i see that has it is blue tinted

  • I think I am more excited about the new supra coming then you are. I'm gonna come to your House at night at while your sleeping. I will wash it. I think you should put the vette motor in the jeep. Hahaha, Just kidding. I drew a supra and the licence plate said e5ridez I gonna take a picture of it send it to your e-mail. But I was scared you wouldn't like it :P

  • Thanks for the video man...I just ordered the exact same headlights, HID kit and fog lights for my 99. I cant wait til they get here. The factory headlights are so dingy and crappy that I have went through 3 lens repair kits, none of which worked. Thanks again man.

  • are these head lights illegal? how do u know which are and which aren't??

  • @rjrod27 theres no reason for them to be illegal, at least not that im aware of, iv never had a problem and iv had lights like these for well over 2 years now

  • Looks good dude.Looks great with the black rims and all the other stuff you have done.Good job.
