How to embed videos on Powerpoint

umm yh mine is just black on the powerpoint it wont play.

@ShortsVideos what format is the video? This could be the problem, also make sure the video is on your computer when you try to play it. For instance if you link the video to a USB and then remove the USB, the link will be broken. Make sure it is linked correctly, thats all i can say for the info you have given me.

@TPArchive it is on my laptop, on the hardrive or wateva not a usb but its an avi? is tht why? what format shld i use?

@ShortsVideos Ok, try converting it to a WMV, im unsure wether the avi file type will work, also check your video will play in windows media player, because if it doesnt you will need to intall video codecs. Check this with both the avi and the WMV. If you need help conerting check out my format factory video.
