wow, so just to put a couple things straight, the guy who wrestled as Mantaur (Mike Hallick) used the Bruiser Mastino gimmick in CWA in Belgium, debuting in 1986. I'm not sure how Glenn Jacobs got a hold of the name, but I'm fairly certain 1986 was before his debut. Also, stunning steve austin was half (alongside Pillman) of one of the MOST OVER tag teams of all time. Those guys got so much heat it turned into cheering, and wcw didn't know what to do with them. So they shit the money-pot n lost

yes wcw misused some talented guys. don't think for a moment that wwf didn't do the exact same thing and still does today. that's neither here nor there. kane and sting both in much better shape but being 20 years younger will do that i suppose. the one part i found most enjoyable was jesse asking why sting uses the paint cuz he's a handsome dude. my guess is the horrendous acne scarring he has.

@bauble24 and after Glen Jacobs left wcw he went to wwf to become THE MANTAUR. then he was let go by them as well. then he went to ecw was used until wwf got him back again. its the same story a million times with both operations. stunning steve was lame as hell. it's a miracle austin survived that gimick himself.

I always hear how Glen Jacobs is very intelligent both in and out of the ring. If it was his intention to tap out (to the ref) here then he was truly ahead of his time. Taz and/or Ken Shamrock wouldn't make tapping out a standard thing in wrestling until at least 2 full years after this.

Believe it or not the first Stinger WOOOOO!! took place in philadelphia when my uncle Stephen stood up on a chair and screamed WOOOOOO!! to him Sting stood up on the turnbuckle and pointed to him and screamed WOOOOOO!!! the went back and forth throughout the entire match and it stuck with Sting for the rest of his career.
