Nearly impossible for that to be a bunch of balloons. Balloons filled with lighter than air gas would increase in altitude until they burst. More importantly, wind would make it impossible for it to be stationary (albiet rotating) to that extent. And it is stationary, otherwise it would be moving across the frame. So that leaves UFO or a photoshop job (maybe starting with balloons if so). But it doesn't strike me as a photoshop. Most fakes look a lot more impressive; "movie-ish"

It was totally silent (as far as I could tell) & only a couple of hundred feet up & going about 100mph. It was 9.30 am on a sunny cloudless morning in full sunshine.

mine was a very large perfect pyramid tumbling in the upper jet stream. It was all white w/no markings but tumbling slightly different as for every corner was tumbling in sync with it's travel unlike this one showing some irregularity but interesting to say the least.
because of the date ('75) and it's grand scale i'd say mine wasn't conspired by the same man if there is any.
prophetyahweh is a FRAUD. He has assistants release silver mylar ballons downwind from where he is "prophesizing". Within a few minutes the Balloon passes near where he is. Just watch his videos and notice how he is constantly searching with his eyes!!! He is expecting a so called "UFO" to show up, because his assistant released a silver Balloon. He just doesn't know the exact location it was released from or where it will pass based on wind direction. This can be EASILY Replicated!

It dosn't look fake to me even though the sky just around the object is a different shade of blue. I don't think it is a UFO though it must of freaked you out still.

There's no looping. If you follow the object's rotation (just under 6 seconds per rotation) you'll see it looks a bit different each time.
