So an employer is breaking the law if they hire an illegal alien AND they are breaking the law in his mind if they check the worker elegibility???

When I get a job I have to show my birth certificate to prove that I am a citizen and therefore eligible to work. Every employee regardless of race or color must do this. There is absolutely NO constitutional issue here.
