The purpose of this mob was to bring some spontaneity and fun to campus. You bring up a point I've been thinking about...I think there's a real possibility for Flash Mobs to be used for positive change. I think the same number, if not more would come out, if they thought it Mob idea and cause was exciting .
love the idea of getting people to flash organize. But, was there a positive purpose or reason to come out? what if there was a real reason to come out and be organized for a greater purpose, would the same number of people come out to affect real change? I'm ignorant but got involved from anonymous face book contact. that alone is great. But, tell me what the greater purpose was, if there was one.
