Could be a GREAT performance -- this lad has real charisma... but PLEASE, no more card magic dressed up as mentalism. It really doesn't work - especially with the cheesey old magicians jokes - and it cheapens the mentalists act. If you're going to be mentalist, be a mentalist, not a sleeves-rolled-up magician. Please?
I disagree. He presented the final effect very well. Just because he uses cards does not discredit him from being taken seriously as a mentalist. Even Annemann made good use of playing cards. I personally try to avoid them, but they are used. Kenton utilizes them to powerful effect as well.
The rising card is no mentalism but magic (always hated it)
