For nick the sloth and primarykolop in particular weak arguments from both of you muppets if ur seriously interested in animals try lookin at videos of one living and read magazines you might learn it might giv ur tiny intellect a boost and educate u at the same time. Mind u watchin videos of dead creatures and attackin people for having a common sense view shows the value of your intellect doesn't it. Case dismissed muppets!
@Leeds86ify you're ignoring the fact that this is simply a piece of history for the small town of redcar, sorry that we don't wank over whales like you do, sure its a shame it died, but if a whale got beached outside your house (there are houses just meters away from this beach) you're not gonna see it and go "a whales outside my house, i'll look at one in a magazine" are you? do you not watch david atenborough? that shows dead animals all the time that died of natural causes, like this one.
@Leeds86ify Who is the one searching for it on youtube? jeez... Thanks Jon for posting this video... as you are one of the lucky ones who got to see this marvel, thanks for sharing with us who have no desire to go to Redcar beach.
Yet that does still not condone videoing it on the internet and leaving it there for human cinema which this has now turned into for viewing a dead animal. If you want to know more and learn about sperm whales there is a recent article from BBC Wildlife Magazine from May 2011 and you will learn all you need to know about them.
@Leeds86ify weak argument. this is just a video for people who didn't see the whale with their own eyes, like me. if someone had the choice between looking at a whale in a magazine or going down to the beach and seeing one in the flesh which would never happen again, course they'd go to the beach! plus you obviously searched to look at the whale on youtube so your just as 'bad' as the people you're accusing
Mr Leeds86ify has not got a clue he/she posted the rubbish on my video. My Kids went to see this and now are talking and are concerned about why this has happened. Its like you said until Kids see the wonders of the world in front of them they will never no about creatures like this even if they are dead. I bet he or she reads Fiction books rather than Non Fiction books.
Fancy posting this on you tube haven't you filming this feature and all the people in the feature got any compassion or morality for dead creatures. Would you like to be filmed if you were dead on the beach. Shame on all of you show some respect, compassion and morality and dignity for dead creatures in general and this dead whale.
@Leeds86ify I appreciate your concern for the dead whale, and it would have been better had the creature not washed up. Yet to miss an opportunity to see one of nature's wonders, even if dead, seems foolhardy in the extreme. Are school children not to go to museums to see dead animals such as dinosaurs? From what I have learned following up from filming this, the whale should not have been in the north sea, where there was not enough food to sustain it and its death was sad but inevitable.
it died 10 minutes before I got their. IT DIED BECAUSE IT KNEW I WAS COMING
