This sounds like in the Middle Ages, but there are many other laws that are totally stupid. Stand up and fight for your rights I say. Really, I never heard of such a totally stupid law, really. (Correct me if I'm wrong) I thought there were meds so these seizures don't happen...so were is the problem with driving?

I know. While people with epilepsy can drive, if they have a seizure just once and report it they are done for a period of time that varies from state to state. Part of the reason I am moving in with my boyfriend in Kentucky. It is only 90 days if you report it and they rely on the honor system while PA, where I live, makes the doctors report it and even if you never have another seizure, you are still off the road for 6 months. And ER doctors don't report it as I found when I got pulled over

and the officer checked my licence after my job sent me to the emergency room even though I told them to just call my mom and they checked my licence against the data base.
