1) You need a powerful video card, that supports shader model 2.0/3.0, with at least 256MB of memory.

2) You must have ENB Series (I send you the link of 'ENB Series just in a personal message)

3) To get these effects you choose the right settings ... You can still choose you. The message will also include my personal settings

4) The guide, you will find in the personal message.
