  • Youre doing fine brotha. The one thing I would recommend is practice the drills I have in this video so you get better at dribbling without moving your feet. You have to start with the basics 1st if you want to have a sick crossover etc.

  • @TFHornet Great question. it depends on how good you want your handles to be. I would recommend anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour total or 4-8 minutes on each drill. Remember that you're building muscle memory, so the more you do, the more your muscles will remember and it will become 2nd nature.
