First of all even if these figures are correct 17% that are confirmed to be from the US is a big number. Think about it 100,000 (a low number) x 0.17= 1,700. That is a lot of guns for drug dealers to be having and thats just a low figure to prove my point. Also, it says that Mexico sent these guns to be traced and ~90% came from the US, thats a lot. Now if all the other guns that have yet to been traced get sent for testing the number of US guns in Mexican would likely go up.

Lol. The ATF?? What a joke. After that ridiculous Waco operation, I wouldn't trust them with anything. Besides, how is that not unconstitutional? A bureau of alcohol, tobacco and FIREARMS?? I sort of understand the firearms since you have to keep them out of the hands of criminals, but what's with the tobacco and alcohol nonsense? Aren't we well-regulated enough in those areas without an extra agency? Just saying.
And I figured the guns came from elsewhere. From teh US! HA
