But this is quite good ! 3 thumbs up..... a real kick to text to ..

Thanks for the upload Luwi !

  • This is the best performance I've found on Utube. It's a shame that proper credit wasn't given to the performer. Was it Conrad Kleiger?

  • passacaglia della vita

  • it is devastating how this has been one of the most memorable compositions, and yet it lacks over i million views. meanwhile all of the modern, untalented so called music obtains more than millions.

  • some parts of this song make me really scared!! Imagine you are in a big old dark church and suddenly you hear this melody....

  • Audiosurfin this!

  • Where the fuck is Dracula when he song is been playing?

  • @Jaukternal surprisingly enough the person who brought the existence out for Dracula to be...was actually a woman. Elizabeth Bathory.

  • One of my favorites alongside Brandenburg Concertos ^^

  • One of my favorites alongside Brandenrburg Concertos ^^

  • The end of this piece is fanatstic!

  • This was my alarm a year ago- always scared the crap out of me!! love it!

  • A fine version. Who? Where?

Bach is the Father of Rock and Roll.

  • really church sound lol.

  • orochimaru's theme 1:12 - 1:26

  • magically skilled

  • It's like entering the cheatcode to hell

  • @muffigw funny how this piece is actually highly 'heavenly' according to bach. :D

  • @juresaiyan i can hear the loftiness in the rise and fall of the music.it speakes to me.

  • very nice...

  • When I hear this I imagine an old church with ghosts :D great :D

  • i am a heavy metal teacher, and we all play bach all the time. The most metal music is played by musicians who are classical students.

  • Bach was high when he wrote this masterpiece.

  • @estesoyojajaja he probably wasn't but what makes you say that?

  • The two people who dislike this song should have their ability to hear taken away since they can't appreciate it.

  • @willitstimothy2

er...isn't that like saying that someone who can't run a marathon should have their legs chopped off?

  • @Deneb1968 No, its more like someone who kills a bunch of people just for the heck of it shouldn't be free since they can't appreciate freedom and life properly...

  • vannesa mae toccata and fugue

  • @laxispiloka She does a lovely rendition of this piece. Brilliant violinist ^^

  • it's not pipe organ, it's elec organ

  • yea! el tema de los malos de antaño XD

  • @ilidansnake de hecho es el tema del fantasma de la opera

  • amazing!

  • I'd rather get his compositions than buy a CD of songs that fill my head with a load of crap that took about 5 minutes to come up with a beat and less than a day to fully create the song with "rhyming" lyrics.

  • @LoneSWarrior

Besides Classic CD's tend to be a lot cheaper than all this other stuff :)

And if you listen to Classic Masterpieces for a longer period of time it seems like you are cleansed at least your mind is.

  • azucar manuelita !!!

  • Early Black Metal

  • @EnMenLuAna sums it up pretty well!!

  • @EnMenLuAna Black Metal rules and so does Bach \m/

  • Como perder el tiempo en discusiones acerca de cosas que no vienen al caso ante la majestuosidad de la pieza maestra de Bach que es uno de mis favoritos.

Hay gente que no tiene muy poco y que daría por escucharla.

  • What are the words used to call a masterpiece of an artist like bach? in Latin

    anyone?

  • @pedrodyas

    Do you mean "Magnum Opus"?

  • I'd like this version please... is better than other.

  • This music could never be compared to the crap played today!

  • omg the portrait of him totally suits this awesome piece :P

  • É A MUSICA RAINHA!

  • Bach's music is amazing :)

So deep and dark. It's beautiful.

  • i can't find this version on itunes:(

  • Classic

  • I want to die when I hear this. Or I want to be able to do this kind of music. But I think I'd rather die.

  • band "SKY" did a very nice cover...

  • Immortal music..

  • Who plays this?

  • @starbreez3

I am not 100% sure but i think it is Conrad Kleiger.

  • @Avrunath hmm thankies thankies

  • @Avrunath Dude the title of the video has the composer's name............

  • @HyperTheProfessor Dude, i can assure you, that it wasnt played by Bach himself, first of all Bach was deaf and by time you could record something Bach was long gone. God have him well.

  • @Avrunath Brosiden, its not serious business. Plus I said composer, not performer.. Derp it was not performed by Bach..

  • @Avrunath Pretty sure it was Beethoven who was deaf, not Bach.

  • @Shaezen

Sorry my bad, your right. It was Beethoven who was deaf.

But nevertheless this piece as we hear it here was not played by Bach because the didnt have taperecorders back then or whatever. And it sounds like the style of Conrad Kleiner, that was all i wanted to say.

  • @Avrunath True enough. =D I would have loved to hear Bach himself play this piece, I bet it was breathtaking.

  • @Shaezen

You are definitely not alone with that ;)

  • @starbreez3 Bach? hence the title

  • @5dragons2 Well, I asked who PLAYS this you know... The one who sitted by the organ and played it. Not who COMPOSED this.

But thanks for your unnecessary answer :)

  • @5dragons2

Bach is the composer; the person who has written the music.

What's asked is who the performer is; the person who played the music, with his/her unique interpretation of the composition.

  • @starbreez3 Look at the title :S

  • @agustinkpo97

Take your time, and read my question.

You'll see that I'm asking for 'who PLAYS this'

    Not who COMPOSED this.

But some kind and not-so-dumb soul answered me already (:

  • @starbreez3 sorry xD

  • nemaiintalnit pana acuma,este unic.

  • TimeSplitters. ^^

  • I'm still searching for a doorbell that plays this
