Found it, its sharp SH-01B, with a whooping 12 MP camera, which is being said to be of pretty good quality too. Its a full 180 Degree rotate touch scrren flip mobile and looks just awsome.

@jellybeanguitarist I think most of their phones are touch screen, they just don't freak out about it because they are too busy watching tv or ending/starting conflicts in third world countries with them.

I assume the shittiest phone you can get in Japan outmatches our most advanced phone that has yet to be created.
