Someone told me once, there will be a time that you got accustomed to such a thing. I dont think so.. i think you will enjoy every second .. sitting on board of this thing and ride to the sunrise/sunset
That bird is from the 920th Air Reserve unit at Patrick AFB, FL. Junglejett, you in Oregon? That bird and another were up there for a week from Patrick AFB for training early this month. I'm from the FL unit. The video quality is awesome. Great job.
Never heard about flying with empty cans...never had one come off but not saying it could not happen..will pass it along to our folks. Our birds stay pretty clean...not because lack of use but because we have CC's that take pride in their birds.
Not a good idea to fly with empty ammo cans. They have a tendency to come off when they are light. Was that bird just out of depo or paint barn? It is pretty damn clean.
If people only knew there was 2 inches plus change between the main rotor and tail rotor. Let's do some AHC!!!

Tim, is that you? Those peelots fly over 200 hrs a year. But I believe it's based on the flying hours budgeted for the unit.

hey, if you know, how many hours would you say the average HH-60G helicopter pilot gets (flight time) per week/monh/or year?
