Gori is home to an infantry battalion, an artillery division, and a tank division.
It would have been bombed by any military, not just the russians.
and this video doesnt appear to be real as there is no indication of any bomb blast, In addition there does not seem to be any damage done to the car.
add to that the fact that there is no sense of real urgency by people in the background.
I believe this was a fake.

@sjvietboy408 It was a cluster bombing. A bunch of little bomblets were released and exploded, but they were not enough to do any serious damage, but they carry shrapnel. Besides, this was the immediate aftermath of the bombing, before the emergency crews arrived. Its also been proven that Dutch cameraman Stan Storimans was killed here: He's the one being pulled out of the car.

Когда вытаскивают из машины первого мертвого (раненого) почему вообще нет крови, которая вдруг из неоткуда появляется в следующем кадре?
Кроме непонятного тумана и разбитых стекол в машине я не увидел ни воронок ни столбов дыма от мест куда попали бомбы.

So, dutch cameraman killed in Georgia Stan Storimans was just 39 y.o. and the dead man from Mitsu on this video is at least 52-55 y.o.
So, my opinion it is still fake video. And truly nobody knows then who killed dutch reporter. As we know from other wellknown video FOX channell journalist was running from georgian troops - it says that everything is possible ;)

@pigenela Stan's the corpse being packed into a car in the background towards the end of the video, he was one of these instantly killed. This guy's just a local driver-translator.
Still another video shows Stan's collegue (slightly wounded in his leg) helping the Israeli journalist, a young guy with black hair, who was very severely wounded but survived.

there was never shown the Mitsu's rear window, but from the far it seems to be OK, and the whole car indeed. But this guy wounded in the back of the head, so HOW??
After 1:30 we can clearly see the back left wheel of the car, and what's wrong with it? WHY it's only HALF-lowered?

the guy been pulled out of the Mitsubishi didnt left any bloody footprint for the first 1.5-2 meters. After the cameraman left his camera down on asphalt and get it again in several seconds another guy pulled the "corpse" again and voila! The blood magically appeared ;)

It is NOT a car incident.
The Stalin square in Gori was bombed by ONE mortar shell bomb. In Russian army there is NO such mortars. The simplest Russian mortar fires 5 bombs one after another. Georgians do have such old soviet mortars.
Next... Does anybody tried to use a mortar in the city? The mortar was in the best case not farther that 500 meter from this place.
Was it a single Russian solder with Georgian mortar? Be free!!! Think yourself!!! Don't believe CNN or BBC!!!
