Well as Marth you SHOULD short hop because ur D-Air causes delay + you need to Down+B more. If you are going to jump high make sure its for a combo you are dominating with. Marth's aerials are good but he is better on the ground bro. I saw that when you dashed you waited to hit Wolf right when u touched the character that gives everyone time to hit you back. Shoot a slash a bit before you touch the character you will hit wit your tip and you will cause more knockback. Juggle your opponents too.

Practice short hopping, fast falling and fair (forward air). Instead of dashing then A, do dash grabs. Your friend's wolf is always guarding against those and so dash grab will surprise him.

i agree with nefmid91, the only advice i would say is that when playing against a faster opponent (1 on 1) like wolf. You really need to be aggresive, look also at where your opponent is going to try and determine your best next attack. Of course against someone like Wolf you must think quickly and don't ever stop for a breather ;) btw Wolf is my fav. so don't beat him too bad lol

Use your range to your adavntage... you seemed to try to use marth's speed to get inside your opponent. This can work, but it is much less effective than using your range in conjunction with your speed to combo the hell out of your enemy. Try to work in some throws as well to switch up your playing style, and adapt to your opponent.
instead of a neutral attack try doing a dancing sword at time and a neutral air attack with a short jump@

All good Marth players constantly short hop and use their F air.
Marth gets great air so try to keep your opponent off the ground, especially if it's a good hand to hand fighter like the star fox characters.

3. Dont ever use Dair right before you land, it causes a delay and may kill you
4. SH->Fair->Fast Fall->repeat-> shorthop+dair spike

Try a fair, fair, and then dair at the edge of the stage. Use side B to rack up damage. Up B out of sheilds to KO
