The other problem is they are investigating the loan mad company but not the lender who knew this lady was on a fixed income but gave her a balloon note iguess thats not fraudulent either. Also the bank took their homes and they are worried about 1,000 at the same time loosing home, credit, the ability to buy, and and probably will file ch 7
