  • Also, Press 7 to cry...

  • At the end, it was what I expected but I didn't expect to be so upset. Amazing Work you have though!

  • Make new friends and catch up with old ones with the sexy Starbucks Paddock Girl

    youtube.com/watch?v=rJF2LpkRUuc

  • not the best 3d, but still entertaining and emotional! :D Love It!

  • That's just messed up.

  • awesome dude :D

  • i watched this a zillion times and found more than 12 meanings of this animation

  • @amagee590LicksJewAss Dirty filthy vulgar Zionist Jew CRIMINAL garbage. :p

  • @amagee590 Oh really... thanks... I'm Jewish and you are a douche bag.... go and do something productive rather than trolling

  • @ICouldBeDaniel Was I talking to you? I was talking to a dirty filthy vulgar Zionist Jew CRIMINAL, one of many similar scumbags who have had their account deleted by youtube, and against whom legal action is pending. IF you wish to transform your mock outrage into something useful, why not focus it on the perpetrators, rather than their victims. Here, you can read a summary of just some of the worst offenders' exploits, just by googling for "LIARS FOR ISRAEL".

  • @amagee590 I am a Zionist.., I believe as an atheist Jew that the Jews have been persecuted so much that they need a country of their own where they are not constantly killed, harassed and subjugated to constant social discrimination. Maybe if you understood a little about the history of the Jewish peoples you would understand that maybe, just maybe people like you are the "filthy", "vulgar" individuals who seek to get pleasure from discrimination. You call that useful? I call that ignorant.

  • of course I get it, it's an example of terrible weapon safety...the guy has no idea how to safely use that weapon

  • Good work. But I think your fighting a loosing battle. Seen as though millions of kids are playing COD, Socom, Medal Of Honor, Battlefield, Counter Strike, Bad Company etc. Whilst I enjoy those games I do realise that they are todays equivalent of Vitaï Lampada, Kipling poems or the old boys adventure books of Imperial Britain. Ironically the distinction of Imperial Britain is abit of a joke as the British Empire never ended, just its structure changed and Washington replaced London.

  • if the dumbass would have known anything about weapon safety, he would've known to actually KNOW what he was shooting at, not just blind fire like an idiot

    stupid vid...

  • @bruin07uscg you dont get it, do you?!?!

  • Absolutely brilliant! Wonderful commentary on the difference of playing war and being in war. Everyone can be a hero in virtual reality, but few are in real life. Good work!

  • still dont get the whole concept of how getting sucked into a video game relocates your house and your actual bro/son into a war zone. They guy shoulda shot himself, woulda fixed the entire video

  • Cool, looks like a better version of Modern Warfare

  • harsh, man.

  • Absolutely Brilliant Work! Greg.

  • @greg1850 Thanks, Greg. Your films are great, too.

  • that was sad.

  • awesome job!!!

  • Nice rendering! I'm liking the fact that there is 2D animation mixed with 3D animation!

  • well done man,you cannot restart real life, friendly fire is bullshit,in games its a different strory xD

  • BRAVO! truth to it all

  • wow man that is an awesome video you made, great work :) and what does the title mean " Today's Game - Tomorrow's War " ?? What does it actually mean?

  • @DrUnnameds Thank you. The title is a reference to the quote by US President Reagan in the beginning of film about recognizing the "skills of tomorrow's pilot" in today's gamer.

  • Games focus too much on violence today in my opinion, that along with sex and cussing. It's sad that such a potential art form is quickly being watered down to crap.

  • Sure there are 'anomalies' in this vid's storyline, like what is Kid Brother doing in the war zone.. but the points the vid-maker seems to be trying to make are very valid:

    * War is nothing like a video game.

    * In a war zone people will not walk / run down the road firing & waiting to be shot. They are just as likely to snipe from concealment, and they will probably feel more than justified in doing so.

    * In war stray bullets (& other causes) kill a great many innocent people.

    * War is Hell!

  • You got the points right. However, those are not "anomalies", they are allegories of real things as a part of magic realism. Guy getting "sucked" into a game is an allegory of him joining the army. Boy is an allegory of another foreign boy, killed by the guy in the war. And the actual boy could have been been killed by the PTSD-ill guy after he's back from the war.

  • @amagee590 ... dull

  • THAT LITTLE CARTTON BOY IS U G L Y

  • Whats the theme? anyway it was stupid

  • We are all always doing the best we can, in any given moment. : )

  • yes! loved it.

  • This video s**cks.

  • good job!

  • That first game doesn't look very fun. Something else- How did a bullet make an immediate 150 degree (or so) turn as it went through the window? And where did that other door come from?

  • Room has two doors. One led to the corridor from which the boy came, another door was the one from which the gamer/soldier entered in the end. Bullet didn't make any turns, it came from outside.

  • I just now saw the door, but I still don't understand how the bullet could have hit his little brother. He shot the bullet directly into the window. His brother wasn't that tall, so the bullet would have to have deviated as if it were going into water.

Plus, how does he control his rifle when he doesn't hold it with both hands? And why weren't there any bullet holes in his brothers corpse?

  • Fair video: childish message. Most of these on-line war-fighter dweebs never get out of mama's basement.

The only exception is the Predator & Global Hawk drivers and the USAF spents months training them how to operate those machines; they don't just step off the street after playing Flight Simulator.

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. ~ John Stuart Mill

  • thats sooo sad but an amazing storyboard

  • thats the fucking funniest thing ever

  • "The horrors of war are not mimicked, nor simulated, only felt."

    -Unknown

Take this from a perspective of the "Youth". We may not realize, or even notice that we are being brainwashed, but at some certain point we do, for some that is before death.

  • 1) great video, welld one

    2) i agree that there is an effect on a youths mood while playing violent videogames, however to directly point the finger at the games, and ignore the rest of the influences in the world is plain stupid.

when do the parents get to take responsibility for the actions of thier children. a little word called discipline was used alot when i was a kid. i play nothing but violent video games and i have NO urge to injure or hurt someone, nor do i get joy from it.

  • man this is is sad...but you did a good job!its a nice message too

  • Это потрясающе! Я под впечатлением! Очень, очень глубоко и.. знаешь, сильно. Молодец!

  • suuper!)))

  • congratulations, Erden! Way to go!

  • sad:((( (Asema)

  • Freaky! Gave me butterflies in the stomach!

  • great vid ... just look at the game "america's army" , its made to introduce the people to the US army ...

love the message of the animation :)
