The swastika symbol is actually the one that the nazis adopted and used as their own, but it has nothing to do with the nazis from the beginning of course, so as long as you meant to do the original one, which it looks like :)

undernieth those half slabs is water, aslong as water is 4 blocks away, wheat will grow quickly, you also have to have light near too. have a look on the minecraft wiki and search for "farming" =]
