Technically it is not the smallest because the city of Bristol is a county in itself but it is the smallest proper county. I live in Birmingham and love it but I want to live in Rutland...I have fallen in love with it just the way of life, the peace and quiet. Not just for Rudders beer. I have no idea what town but I know I want to live here perhaps not all my life but some of it. Much in little..they are not kidding :)
