  • with that kind of packing and such eluting speed u can only seperate compounds that differ like 0,9 Rf in TLC ....

  • to be fair he is rushing it a bit to demonstrate the procedure more easily. Frankly a realistic video wouldn't be very good to watch; several hours of some poor bastard painstakingly dripping eluent feeling like they want to die...
