I think all the times throughout the show when Jackie gets dizzy or doesn't feel too well, it's a reference to the drunken master movies. Since they can't show Jackie drinking alcohol on a cartoon they do it in a different way but the fighting style when Jackie is stoned is almost the same as drunken fist.

That is not Drunken Boxing. It is Fearless Hyena. He knows over 80 different styles of Martial Arts. When he used Drunken Boxing the first time, he used move directly of of scenes from Drunken Master 2. These are two reasons for him not to reuse that style and choose another one. The Hyena's happy form is the one he used in this episode. I understand how it could easily be mixed up so I am just clarifying things.
