to answer the sound too soft question is its either your player(that little speaker icon is not set to full)

and you dont have to use lime wire...all you need is sound coming from your speakers and it is recorded

ok look you you have laggs while recording.. then dont pk with hypercam 2... tons of ppl died that way.. it means your computer doesn't have enought memory to run all the programs at 1 time.. so just have runescape and hypercam 1 up :P i hope it helped you
