@04upload Just wait until you ride the new 2012 kx 450f dude ! your gonna love it way more than a honda. The power is just unbelievable. It's so much better than any other 250 or 450 ive ever been on and its so much but then than the 2011 model.

100 ft is a pretty big jump man! most motocross tracks around me dont have jumps that big. well we use to....only the proriders could clear that! you guys should just test ride both of them. i myself just jumped on 450 right away. four years later....im still try to get the power use to it.

im a atv motocross racer but since atvs is extremely expensive and harley no where to ride im switching to dirtbikes ive been riding my friends kx 250f and ifeel good im clearing sum jumps but yes im slow lmao but im getting a bike idk what to get a 250 or 450 im 6ft and i weight 215 and my local mx store says im to big for a 250 cause she says later when i get good its gonna be hard to clear 100ft on a 250 what u guys think whats should i get

@nonsence956 to be honest you might want a 400. im not going to lie to you but the mx store was right. usually its about 160 pounds and 5'9 to ride 250s. youd be happy with a 400 but im not sure what the difference in weight is from the 450

@clumzylb i would go with the 250 for a beginner. im 6'0 ft. and i own a 2007 kx450 and im on my tippy toes on that thing. not to sure how the newer bikes sit though. go test ride them both at the kawi dealer! XD

@meankawi You need to set the sag then. Your preload is probably too high and the 450s dont sit any higher than the 250s really

Hey i was wondering how tall do i have to be to ride this 450 im 5'8 and about 180 muscular build, am i to short?? Im new to motocross and i want to get a bike soon. Should i go with a 250 or a 450 idk to much but i really want one though can u help me out please.. thank you

@CLUMZYLB ricky carmichel is like, 5 foot nothin. hes super tiny. a shorter linkage in the rear will lower it and keep its ride quality.

@FLMX137 If you're happy with a 360p video from an official manufacturer site then perhaps you're viewing on a tiny screen? See if you can find a single 2010 official car video in 360p... Just a little help from somebody that knows to Kawasaki.
