Also, the Separation of Church and State is not mentioned in the Bill of Rights nor the rest of the Constitution, which outlines that the US shall not help nor hinder religion. It was, however, implied by the Founders.
That's the one glaring problem with democracy: dumb voters who don't even know the Constitution. I'm 19 and' Canadian and I've read the whole thing.
