I've just notcied, this is the direct injection version of the engine, which means its actually a D3.152. Strictly speaking a 3.152 is the earlier 'aeroflow' indirect injection engine, which was a development of the old P4/P6 engines from 40's/50's.

The one on my Landini 4500 needs some TLC soon (new water hoses, oil change, etc), but will idle all day long at 450rpm.
The sound of this triple is unmistakable and addicting for me as I grew up with this tractor (it's a 32 year old dream machine :D)
