I discovered them from a Gerard Way interview.

The interviewer said "What is currenly your favorite band?" and he said "This band called the Dresden Dolls. theyre amazing. Its a guy who plays drums and a girl that plays piano and she also sings. You can find them on the web." and I looked them up on You Tube, watched the vid for Toy Operated Boy, and now theyre my second favorite band! (first My Chemical Romance)

I love the Dresden Dolls. Coming from between Boston and Southern New Hampshire, they're like, personal heroes of mine, creatively. Amanda's lyrics are incredible. The music's awesome. What more can you ask for? I still haven't been able to get to a concert yet, but I'll get to one.

I'll say it again. These guys are my favorite band ever.
