Tried both 720p & 1080i settings. Both show the same behavior. Sadly I can also replicate the problem on 480p. I can watch tv in SD but as soon as I start browsing around in the menus the problem appears again. :(
Talked to a service rep. Amazingly I can't get a replacement DVR at the AT&T store around the corner (I'd have to pay for it). They have to order one and ship it to me... Ridiculous... Should have it on Saturday...
I tried different HDMI and component cables as well as different inputs and settings on my TV. It did not solve the problem. I now set the box to SD output and that seems to work but obviously that is not what I want...
