This video is NOTi made by capdown. It's kinda exactly the polar opposite to what the song is about. The tune is about how hip hop and punk had became about style over substance. And that you can make fun dance music and still talk about issues "not just about bitches and Nike shoes". I didn't write it but wad there. Check out their new band this contrast kills... Such a good track. Vid's decent but the point Capdown are trying to make is that many people have things to say that aren't about bitches and nike shoes. This doesn't really come across in the vid- it looks a bit more like a nike ad. I think the vid should take a more critical stance in line with what's being said than reinforce a false materialisitc consciousness. Great choice of song though.

also, i hate the fact that i never got to here this song live in all its glory. i seen them play loads of times, they seemed to always be playing in my town (swindon)(once they where supported by big d... awesome show) and every time they did bitches and nike shoes, they never had the scratching, even on the live in mk album it was missing. also i regret never, ever! pickiung up a t-shirt. i always went for the cds.

capdown where awesome. i agree with the poster below (in part) wind up toys was in no way as good as the previous albums, eps or even singles. the albumj did have a few good tracks, but was completly not what i expected. its like they ditched the raw chaotic beats for a polished punk rock album. they claim it was their favorite and best album they had written, but i think that was bullshit and they where just saving face. is great to see other people havent forgotten them, as i never will.
