Can you tell me a routine that will help me burn fat and shape up my muscles. Everything im doing dont seem to be working. I way 225 I would like to get down to 200.
@cinderellasCurse You must do cardio intensive work. Running, interval training, spin classes, boxing, cardio classes etc...Also, you must watch what you eat. Simple rule: Don't consume more calories than you burn.
i use gold gym bands. got a yellow one which is light resistance and a black which is heavy. ILOVE EM and come up with a few exercises and routines that are killers. will get some vids up soon and give you a shout.
