I rarely play it any more unless I can come up with another idea of recording the gameplay that may be about as interesting or more interesting than the current ones that are already here.
It's kind of difficult to explain. I learned it from another user here (AvsPadmier) and as well my observing how my friend (academy111) got it to work consistently by tapping the the opposite direction almost immediately after pressing the jump button briefly.
So it's kind of like this, when you tap the jump button quickly follow up by pressing the opposite direction;try pressing it repeatedly sometimes; press Back quickly for quick Rear Hops or Up+Back for High Back flips.
The faster, and free way (but illegal due to the current BS Copyright laws) is to locate the game's rom name "avsp.zip", and download an arcade emulator like MAME or any CPS2 emulator namely WinKawaks or FinalBurn Alpha. Or if you have a modded PSP with you can also use the CPS2PSP emulator.
The "Legal" but Slow and extremely difficult and expensive way- buy a SuperGun JAMMA system and the original Arcade PCB and CPS2 motherboard from eBay.
This was like the 3rd avp out at the time, SNES was the first and then the Gameboy Monochrome Black and White obscure release. Neither of those games' plots were all that interesting and is pretty generic 1 Predator Army slaughtering an entire hive of Aliens over and over again.
The plot was there just so there could be playable Marines for the first time in an AvP game (the Atari Jaguar game was out after this game, in the October 1994, this was out in May 1994)
This is the second Solo entry, Linn Kurosawa and Predator Hunter will be worked on next when I have time. Perhaps you may want to watch all the other videos I have already uploaded for this game.
Better yet, you should see the 3 Players game my friends and I have completed:

You have really Only 2 options.

Too cool! I wish this was a minigame in between matches in the new AvP... XD

@AndrewTooyak
Unfortunately that will never happen because of the way that copyrights laws are there to serve corporate interests.
I mean I don't think any of the various developers that made avp games actually know each other well enough to acknowledge and respect each other.
I.E. I don't see Rebellion try to put something made by Capcom, risked being compared to their game and if it didn't sell/play well, and vice versa.

@ShaolinYautja XD Thanks for your insight. When I played AVP3 online, the matchmaking was so long on X360... I was just teasing the situation.
On topic of your vid, I must say I have enjoyed your playthroughs of AVP Arcade, makes the wait for Predators much easier.

Ignoring the horribly cheesy story, this game actually looks fun. Nice playthrough!
