I have a lot of doubts about Danzo working with Tobi directly. He's probably got SOMETHING to do with Akatsuki it's self, But being Tobi, or DIRECTLY working under Tobi doesn't really seem all that right. Plus, I think Tobi would look younger than Danzo. If Orochimaru could do it, I'm sure it isn't that hard for someone of Tobis status to do something similar.
